A nonprofit public health and social services organization in Kensington that works to reduce the harms of drug use has unveiled a new mural in its outdoor space. Police are investigating after a man on a dirt bike was shot by a Philadelphia police officer in Fairhill on Saturday afternoon. The officer was part of the department’s ATV enforcement unit.
