Teachers say many of the city’s criteria-based schools are facing staff reductions next year because the School District of Philadelphia’ new admissions lottery has resulted in drops in enrollment. The school district, though, says no decisions on transfers or layoffs for next year have been made. KYW's Mike Denardo reports.
