SEPTA approves next year’s budget, but its financial future is contingent on state spending plan

Damian Ponzio of Delco doesn't just have an impressive Phillies cap collection of over 150 hats, he also writes little notes of what happened to him on each day that he wears them and tucks them in the caps. 

“In that span, I met my wife [Jill], got married, had two kids [Josh and Carli],” said Ponzio. “So all of those are recorded in the hats, which is kinda cool."
