Honda is recalling 138,000 small cars and small SUV’s for a second time to fix a stubborn problem with a rear view camera.

A first attempt at a software update didn’t work, so Honda will do a second update of 2018 -22 model year HRVs and FIT vehicles. Images from the rear cameras don’t show when the vehicle is started. It’s a safety issue, but no injuries have been reported.

Owners will be notified when to take the vehicles to a dealer for the new software update.
