Surveillance video released by Philadelphia police Friday afternoon shows a man dressed in all black running down the street with a gun and firing at a white Jeep Cherokee with tinted windows and a moon roof.

A few seconds later and up the block, the SUV stops and another male, also masked and in all black, shoots down the block from the back seat. Both shooters then get in the car, and it takes off. Police say when they arrived at the scene, they found an injured 2- and 15-year-old. A 17-year-old came to the hospital not much later.
