Police said someone shot at a group of people outside a Chinese takeout restaurant in North Philadelphia Sunday night, seriously injuring two people. It happened shortly after 10 p.m. near the corner of Glenwood and Germantown avenues.
Inspector D.F. Pace said the shooter pulled up on a small, red motorcycle and started firing. The two victims — a man and a woman — are both in critical condition.
Another man who was outside the restaurant returned fire. He was gone by the time police arrived. Police said the shooter abandoned the motorcycle and ran away. They are looking at surveillance video to try to figure out who he is.
