Philadelphia Police have identified a man who was shot dead inside an SUV along the Roosevelt Boulevard Extension yesterday afternoon in Hunting Park.

Officials say 25-year-old William Torres Espinall of Oxford Circle, was found slumped over the steering wheel of the SUV. He was shot in the back and pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later.

Police say the victim struck a minivan on the Boulevard before hitting the median.

Police have made no arrests, but a weapon was recovered.
