Philly comic fans unite for Free Comic Book Day

Five teenagers have been shot in Philadelphia this weekend, one killed. As KYWs Crime and Justice reporter Kristen Johanson tells us, all were injured in three separate shootings.

Five teenagers shot in weekend gun violence

Authorities are investigating a double shooting Sunday afternoon right on the edge of LaSalle University, also near Central High School and Widener Memorial School.

It happened just before 1 p.m., along Ogontz Avenue near Somerville Avenue.

Philadephia police say a 19-year-old was shot in the leg and butt, and a 21-year-old was shot in the chest.

Both were taken to the hospital, where they are expected to be physically OK.
