The Philly Counts office was quite busy in 2021, informing the public about COVID-19 vaccines. Philly Counts, originally created to support the 2020 Census, has emerged as a community civic engagement model. Workers knocked on over 68,000 doors, made over 198,000 phone calls, and talked with over 7,000 residents about getting the vaccine. KYW Newsradio's community impact reporter Racquel Williams says their work helped put Philadelphia at the top of the most-vaxxed large cities list. (Image credit: Mark Makela/Getty Images)
