The state Capitol complex in Harrisburg was evacuated last night after a bomb threat was sent to more than 250 Pennsylvania House and Senate members. The email, with a subject line "My manifesto," threatened to detonate several highly lethal devices around the state Capitol and Judicial Center. It was sent a little before 6 p.m.

Earlier yesterday, a session scheduled for the Senate was cancelled. The House also canceled its session planned for today. Legislative staff are working this weekend on the state budget, which has which has yet to be finalized.
