Panera will stop selling its caffeinated Charged Sips drinks.

The family of Penn student Sarah Katz said she died after drinking a Charged Lemonade. Katz had a heart condition. Her family sued Panera, saying the company did not properly warn customers about its ingredients.

The fruit-flavored beverages contain between 155 and 302 milligrams of caffeine, while a typical cup of 8-ounce coffee has about 95 milligrams of caffeine.

After Katz's death, Panera posted warnings in stores and online telling customers to "consume in moderation."
