The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has decided to hear arguments from the family of Ellen Greenberg, a Philadelphia educator who died in 2011. Greenberg's death was ruled a suicide despite having more than 20 stab wounds in her chest. The 27-year-old teacher at Juniata Park Academy was found in her Manayunk apartment in 2011 by her boyfriend after he forced his way into the apartment when she did not answer.  

Greenberg's parents have fought for years to undo the official paperwork ruling her death a suicide. Lawyers for her parents have alleged the investigation was mishandled.
