Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel has identified the police officer who was shot in the neck during a traffic stop in Kensington back in June.

He says 31-year-old Jaime Roman is a more than 6-year veteran of the force who remains in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
