The nephew of former union boss John Dougherty has pleaded guilty to a single Federal charge connected to his 2021 indictment, which also charged his uncle.

The Feds accused Greg Fiocca of being paid but not working and allegedly attacking a contractor — but yesterday (MON) Fiocca pleaded guilty to a single count of unlawfully demanding money as a union representative from a union employer.
