Nearly 2 dozen people rescued from rip currents on Long Beach Island over the weekend

The Middle Thorofare Bridge suffered a motor break down on Saturday. It wouldn’t go up, so officials spent the day raising it, where it’ll stay indefinitely because commercial fishing boats have the right of way. KYW South Jersey reporter Mike Dougherty has more.
