Murder trial underway against man accused of killing, dismembering Northeast Philadelphia masseuse

The State of New Jersey has reached a settlement with wind farm contractor Orsted after the company bailed on offshore wind projects late last year.

In the initial agreement to earn the contract... Orsted was to pay $300-million-dollars if it failed to deliver with the projects known as Ocean Wind 1 and 2.

In the settlement announced by Governor Phil Murphy today, the Danish firm will fork over $125-million dollars. 

These funds, he says, will help advance the state’s goal of building out the offshore wind infrastructure, including two projects 40 miles off Atlantic City.

NJ reaches $125M settlement with Orsted over scrapped offshore wind energy projects

A stern warning from officials to the public in the wake of the chaos at the Jersey Shore over the Memorial Day Weekend. The Cape May County Prosecutor says troublemakers aren’t welcome and won’t be tolerated. 

A teen was stabbed in Ocean City and a state of emergency was declared in Wildwood yesterday after an influx of teens and juveniles forced the closure of the boardwalk.

Cape May County Prosecutor says trouble makers aren’t welcome

The man who broke into former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco home and attacked her husband, Paul, with a hammer is due back in court tomorrow, once again facing sentencing.

David DePape was sentenced to 30 years in prison earlier this month. The court admitted it made a mistake by not giving him an opportunity to speak at the hearing, so he'll be sentenced again tomorrow. This time, he will be asked if he wants to make a statement. He will likely receive the same sentence.
