Pennsylvania state Rep. Joanna McClinton says she hopes a Harris-Walz administration  would support investment in cities like Philadelphia to create greater access to affordable housing and improve the environment.

"When we think about the symptoms of poverty that we experience in a city like Philly, so much of it comes from a disinvestment," she told a group of reporters at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
