Vice President Kamala Harris has picked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz to be her running mate. Of course, that means Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro is out. Harris and Walz will be at Temple University tonight for their first joint public appearance, and Shapiro is still expected to be there as well.
