A Montgomery County man has been charged with abusing his 2-month-old baby. KYW Newsradio's suburban bureau chief Jim Melwert reports that baby is the son of Jayana Webb, the 24-year-old who got pregnant while out on bail while charged with three counts of third-degree murder for killing two state troopers and a pedestrian on I-95.
