The Philadelphia Zoo is planning on using an experimental vaccine to protect its at-risk animals from COVID-19. The vaccine would be provided by New Jersey-based veterinary pharmaceutical company Zoetis at no charge. It should be ready at the Philadelphia Zoo after government approval in about a month or two.
