Officials are investigating a partial building collapse in the Crescentville neighborhood of Northeast Philly. It happened near Argyle Street and Rising Sun Avenue. The homeowner's son told NBC10 that no one was inside the house when it came down and no one was injured. Investigators are now trying to figure out whether the residents will be able to live in that house safely.
This comes after 11 people were displaced by a building collapse in the Logan neighborhood in North Philly on Wednesday. That homeowner was in the house at the time but was not injured. The Department of Licenses and Inspections deemed both her and her next door neighbor's homes unsafe to occupy.
