Vice President Kamala Harris will be in Philadelphia today. She'll take part in a panel discussion hosted by the National Association of Black Journalists.

It will take place at WHYY -- right across the street from the National Constitution Center, where Harris faced former President Donald Trump in a debate last week.

Expect a Secret Service motorcade from the Philly airport to Old City shortly before 2 p.m. and again during rush hour.
