Philadelphia is getting closer to more vacation destinations. Frontier Airlines plans to announce what it says will be a major expansion of its service at Philadelphia International Airport. The low-cost carrier most recently added flights from PHL to Minneapolis-St. Paul and to Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.
