A former TV news reporter from Gloucester County has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

Washington Township police say Cleve Bryan Jr. of Sewell was taken into custody this morning and he is being held in the Salem County jail with a detention hearing pending.

Bryan formerly covered South Jersey as a reporter for CBS-3 but he hasn’t worked at the station for a few years.

Police didn’t detail what they found in Bryan’s possession. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact Washington Township police.
