A judge in Florida has dismissed the sexual assault lawsuit against former Jaguars kicker and Temple University grad Brandon McManus, according to ESPN.

Two women had accused McManus of rubbing himself and grinding on them while they worked as flight attendants on the team's chartered flight to London in 2023.

McManus' attorney had argued that the women shouldn't be granted anonymity. According to court documents obtained by ESPN, the judge agreed and gave the women 10 days to file an amended claim using their full name.

A lawyer representing the women told ESPN they have "no intention to run and hide, and will comply with the court's order in a timely fashion."
