It was raining small pieces of glass earlier this week near 23rd and Arch streets in Center City. A window from an high-rise apartment building shattered and pellet sized pieces of glass fell to the ground. It's not the first time that it happened. The issue has prompted the building to file a lawsuit against the window manufacturer.
