Court battle continues for University of the Arts employees still waiting for their final paychecks

Shakur Austin, 26, was an employee at Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services in West Chester.

He faces numerous charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, sexual assault and corruption of minors.
