The Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore collapsed early this morning after it was struck by a cargo ship. Officials say at least eight people were on the bridge at the time. Two were saved from the water but six remain unaccounted for. Back in the Philadelphia region, construction is already underway to add barriers that would protect the Delaware Memorial Bridge from the type of collision in Baltimore. KYW Newsradio’s Mike DeNardo reports.
