The Philadelphia Fire Marshal says a fire that ripped through two homes in the city's Holmesburg neighborhood Wednesday morning was caused by arson. Someone set the fire around 4:45 a.m. on Decatur Street about a block from Frankford Avenue.

No one was injured, but at least six people are displaced. 

Police have not made any arrests.
