Expert suggests you budget your values into your financial plan

Pennsylvania state police are looking for a driver who allegedly shot at another driver Thursday on the Blue Route.

It happened around 9:45 on the ramp from Matsonford Road to 476 northbound, in West Conshohocken. 

The victim told troopers he was involved in a road rage incident with the driver of a newer-model white Chevy Impala with dark, tinted windows and PA plate. 

He says the other driver pulled a gun and fired three shots into his passenger side as he was getting off the highway. No one was hurt. 

The gunman is described as a portly 35 to 40-year-old with short hair and age spots on his face. He was seen fleeing westbound on 76.

Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to contact state police.
