At least nine people have been injured in a five-alarm fire this morning in Atlantic City.
Fire chief Scott Evans say fire crews responded just before 8 a-m when fire crews responded to the report of a fire at a South Georgia Avenue rooming house.
Five people were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Two were seriously injured, according to Evans --- one with burns, the other he says jumped from a second story window.
Four firefighters suffered non life threatening injuries. Officials say at least 76 people have been displaced. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
