A Minnesota father is feeling thankful after his daughter fought off an armed man who tried to rob a liquor store. 

The store manager at Big Discount Liquors, about 15 minutes from St. Paul, was behind the counter when a man walked in with a gun. He punched the armed man, but suddenly, his 8-year-old daughter jumped in to defend her dad -- hitting the would-be robber on the back with a baseball bat several times before running away. It was an act of bravery he says he'll never forget.

The suspect, who was holding a BB gun, was arrested.
