Philadelphia police say they now have all but one person in custody for a weekend attack on an off-duty officer, who was stuck in traffic at a North Philadelphia intersection, last weekend. That, after a third person, a woman who allegedly steals the officer's gun during that confrontation, turns herself in. KYWs Crime and Justice reporter Kristen Johanson tells us cops are still searching for a fourth suspect.
