A 41-year-old who sexually assaulted a child in 2004 but fled the country before his sentencing, is back in Montgomery County. As we hear from KYW Suburban Bureau Chief Jim Melwert, the man was extradited after a 12-year prison sentence in England for committing similar crimes.
