Joe Crispin is the head men's basketball coach at Division III Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. He was a star guard at Pitman High School and Penn State University and got a taste of playing in the NBA before enjoying an outstanding career overseas.

In Episode #3 of "1-on-1 with Matt Leon," Matt talks with Crispin about his coaching philosophy, his time with the Nittany Lions, and what it was like to play with Kobe and Shaq and get coached by Phil Jackson during a stint with the Lakers.
