Reeves is a Northeast Philadelphia native, and on her watch the Tigers have been consistent contenders in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, winning more than 60% of their games and advancing to the CACC title game three times.

In 2022, he led the Eagles to their first ever NCAA Tournament appearance and in 2024 Eastern won its first-ever MAC Commonwealth Championship and earned its first-ever NCAA Tournament win.
