Herb Courtney was a standout basketball player at Hatboro-Horsham High School and then at the University of Delaware. After a pro career that took him overseas, Courtney got into coaching, but now he has taken on a new venture as the founder and CEO of Renaissance Search & Consulting, a search firm that strives to connect colleges and universities with the most qualified and diverse candidates in the sports world.
