Damien Blair has been the head men's basketball coach at his alma mater Division II West Chester University for the last 12 seasons. On his watch, the Golden Rams have been a consistent contender in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and four times have advanced to the NCAA Tournament. In Episode #51 of "1-on1 with Matt Leon," Matt speaks with Blair over Zoom to talk about his career as both a player and coach at West Chester, what he loves about the job and how he has spent the last few months.
