A 19-year-old killed on July Fourth in a drive-by shooting in Kingsessing has been identified and authorities are processing a car they believe was used.
A motorcyclist was killed and a driver was seriously injured in a crash in Northeast Philadelphia Sunday night.
Thousands of advocates for people experiencing homelessness are attending a conference in D.C. this week, and a big item of discussion is how to proceed in light of a Supreme Court ruling that the advocates say will allow cities and towns to criminalize homelessness.
Authorities say fireworks sparked a wildfire in Wharton State Forest over the weekend.
