His visit to the crucial battleground state of Pennsylvania comes amid questions from some Democrats about his viability as a candidate after a poor debate performance last month.
Sunday marked the end of an especially busy travel window in the skies and on the roads for extended July Fourth celebrations. About 1 million Philly-area residents went elsewhere for the holiday, according to AAA.
