The family of a 12-year-old Chester County girl, who died earlier this year after what authorities say was years of abuse, is suing the agencies and school districts.  
The Philadelphia man who shot three people outside a Hookah bar near Temple’s campus has been sentenced to house arrest.
Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting of man inside a home in the Mantua section of the city. 
Authorities in Delaware County say it appears a 14-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself Tuesday night in Darby Borough. KYW's Mike DeNardo reports.

A Norristown teenager admitted to his role in a deadly robbery and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors, to avoid being charged with murder as an adult.
The new school year promises to be more comfortable at some Philadelphia schools that now have air conditioning.
Montgomery County is tackling period poverty by stocking public restrooms with free tampons and pads.
