The family of a 12-year-old Chester County girl, who died earlier this year after what authorities say was years of abuse, is suing the agencies and school districts.  
The Philadelphia man who shot three people outside a Hookah bar near Temple’s campus has been sentenced to house arrest.
Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting of man inside a home in the Mantua section of the city. 
Authorities in Delaware County say it appears a 14-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself Tuesday night in Darby Borough. KYW's Mike DeNardo reports.
Police in Delaware County are looking for the owner of a four foot python that was found just a block away from a park and playground.
