For years after Nick left the service he dealt with bad PTSD that put him in a dark place. He had a hard time doing something as little as going outside his house and being a part of the community. That changed in March when he received service dog Nina from Paws for Purple Hearts. In three months time it has changed his entire perspective. He talked to us this morning about the massive effect Nina has had on his life and why supporting Paws for Purple Hearts is so important.
