As Utah's governor and attorney general make plans to keep fighting, Utah environmentalists say they are cheering a judge's decision to dismiss a lawsuit over the size of national monuments in the Beehive State. Steve Bloch, the Legal Director of the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance spoke with Jeff Caplan about the decision and the legal precedent on which it stands.
