The KSL Greenhouse Show plant of the week is Tradescantia! There are two varieties of this plant. One is hardier than the other. Tradescantia Viriginia often knows as Spiderwort, will do better in shadier areas and will bloom in the spring. The other variety, Tradescantia zebrina comes in a variety of shades of purple and pink with an average amount of light required. This herbaceous perennial is often grown as a houseplant.  Taun and Maria discuss the lack of water this year.
