Dr. Jimmy Niece is a solar physicist research scientist at the University of Colorado Boulder. He uses the ghost satellites that are pointing at the sun to measure solar radiance and will be a panelist on the main stage. Dr. Niece is at the Arboretum observing and discussing the eclipse.
