A shooting has rattled people who live at an apartment complex in Old East Dallas - and some of them are talking about moving. 23-year-old Charles Dennis III was shot and killed Wednesday night at the complex on Munger Avenue. Deleatrice Smith lives there - and says the complex was hit with dozens of bullets.
