A voter registration form sent to a dead person leads to an update in Texas AG Ken Paxton's ongoing lawsuits.
Paxton has filed an additional motion in his ongoing voter registration lawsuits against Travis and Bexar Counties...after finding that a voter application went to someone who's been dead since 1980. Paxton's office says the voter registration form was sent on September 18... to a Travis County resident who passed away forty-four years ago. It's also alleged that the county encouraged the form's recipient to complete and submit the application...without regard to whether the recipient was eligible to vote. Paxton's new supplemental motions in his ongoing lawsuits challenge Travis and Bexar Counties so-called "unlawful contracts" with the partisan-affiliated Civic Government Solutions.
