A life-altering transplant gave her new hope as a six year old. Now, as a 16 year old she wants to pass that hope to others.
Julia Schnier, the oldest of triplets, was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia at birth. Six years later, her body was having problems. She needed a liver transplant, and when liver nodules started to appear, her care team at Children's Health successfully petitioned for her to be moved up on the transplant list.
