Tonight, it's game one of the western conference finals in the NBA, and your Dallas Mavericks are in Minneapolis for the first game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. 
Both teams had rough roads to get the finals. The Mavs had to come from behind to beat the LA Clippers and the top seed Oklahoma City Thunder. 
The Wolves battled through Phoenix and the Denver Nuggets to get to this round. 
This, of course, leads us here. We have to put a challenge to our sister station 8-3-0 WCCO in Minnesota, 
Vineeta Sawkar is the morning show host and she joined us in the KRLD Zoom Room.

A lot of people are moving to North Texas, but some school districts are still dealing with a drop in students. One of those districts is Plano ISD now making plans to close schools.

A slow-moving cold front head will approach North Texas from the north on Wednesday. Combined with plenty of surface moisture and daytime heating, it will produce scattered severe storms throughout the day. More storms will form along the dry line later Wednesday afternoon as it surges in from the west. The threats will be hail 2 inches in diameter or bigger, damaging wind over 60 mph, flooding, and an isolated tornado.
